Returns & Exchanges

Our customer care team will facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item.

  • Items purchased at DeCLARE Pakistan E-Store can be exchanged from DeCLARE Pakistan E-Store and DeCLARE Pakistan Retail Outlets within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Invoice / bill number must be shown at the time of exchange.
  • Replacement of items can only be entertained if you receive order with items having manufacturing defect, incorrect size / style or damaged then you can return it to DeCLARE Pakistan head office for replacement immediately after receiving it.
  • Prior to shipping the return item to DeCLARE Pakistan, you will need to inform us within 48 hours starting from when you received the order by hand, by calling Customer Service Department on 0304-1111930 or emailing at cs@declarepakistan.com for the replacement / return to be Processed. if approved you may ship your item to DeCLARE Pakistan for replacement / return.
  • All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our warehouse and if we found that the articles are washed, used, damaged or not in original state then we will not consider the item for return / replace / exchange.
  • We will not consider the replacement / return if customer sends it without notifying DeCLARE Pakistan E-Store by calling and by sending an e-mail to the Customer Services.
  • The items should be in their original packing with tags intact for return replacement / exchange to be processed.
  • Customer will have to bear the shipment charges in case of return.
  • Accessories and sale items cannot be exchanged / replaced / returned. Further, the sale articles are not exchangeable.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. We are unable to cater the cancellation request once the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information via email. Once a product is shipped then return or exchange policy will be applied. DeCLARE Pakistan may cancel orders for any reason.

Shipping Information:

No order editing and cancellation would be acceptable after 24 hours of order placement.

Local orders:

- Unstitched orders take 2-3 working days.

- Ready to Wear orders take 6-7 working days.
- Stitched orders take 15 working days in stitching complete.

International Orders:

- Unstitched orders take 8-10 working days.

- Ready-to-wear orders take 14 working days.

- Customized Stitched orders take 7 additional days.
